I provide birth consulting services in which you have access to personally-tailored advice that is specific to your needs and your birth philosophy.  I will walk you through the following childbirth preparation activities:

 

• Formulating and articulating your birth philosophy and birth goals
• Choosing a care provider and a birth setting that matches your birth goals
• Learn the right questions to ask
• Get an insider's view of how to navigate the patient-care provider relationship
• Choosing a labor support person
• Creating a Birth Plan
• Learn how to advocate for yourself effectively through your birth plan
• Creating a Postpartum Plan
• Plan for the first six weeks with your new baby
• Making and Enforcing Informed Decisions

 

As I am not contracted to any health service, midwife, or doctor, I am uniquely qualified to provide you with researched information that is complete, impartial, unbiased and specific to your needs.  

 

All inquiries are offered an initial no-obligation meeting by phone to help us get to know each other and allow you to make an informed decision.

 

Fee:  $150 for three Birth Consulting sessions

Availability:  I am currently booked for the month of May.  Please inquire early about my services for June, July, and August.
